NASM
This is the most recognized and highest type of education and certification for personal trainers. NASM fitness trainer certification means the most to sports professionals, club owners, coaches and athletes because it requires comprehensive knowledge of human movement science, functional anatomy, physiology and kinesiology and all types of training as well as functional assessment and program design.

Boston Sports Club
Former pro-trainer at Boston Sports Club where he worked with a variety of athletes and non-athletes. Boston Sports Club is under the second largest gym corporation in the world.
CPR/AED Certified
Coached
Joe has coached AAU basketball and has taken teams to the National Tournaments and had a 7th nationally ranked team. Also, he has coached at Journeyman Basketball camp in Exeter, NH. Journeyman has been a well established camp for 11 years and teaches both boys and girls (ages 7-16) the fundamentals of basketball.
Played
Joe played on a nationally ranked high school basketball team and went on to play basketball at Merrimack College. He also played high school soccer and club soccer, is currently a brown belt in karate, and has participated in many marathons. He is in the process of having his book published on female weight loss through weight training, and also a host of Fitness For Everyone, which is a fitness show aired on local stations throughout New England.
