Katherine Goodwin

"After my knee surgery in March 2008, I needed to increase the muscle strength in my left knee.  Joe introduced me to a new way of working out, which incorporated free weights and plyometric exercises.  I have a great knowledge base relating to the inner-workings of the human body, but I have never paid very much attention to weight training in conjunction with muscle strengthening.  Joe pushed me to the limit during our sessions and opened my eyes to a new type of therapy.  It was a long road to recovery, but Joe helped me regain enough of my strength so I was able to lead the Northeastern Women's Club Soccer Team as a captain for another season."

Mary-Kate Dunphy

John Naylor
He played hockey for Glenn Falls High School in New York.  His team went to State Championships, and he went on to play at Morisville College and played AAA Red Wings Hockey.

Laura Goggin

He played for the State Champion Rockland High School basketball team.  He went on to start for Nichols College and is now on the Boston Police force.
