Total Body Conditioning
This class is designed to give you a complete full body workout. Class workouts will use equipment such as medicine balls, bands, boxes, steps, dumbbells, jump ropes, kettle bells, and more to engage small and large muscles to give you a great full body workout. Each class will last 45 minutes. This is a great class for anyone who is interested in losing weight, becoming toned, and getting in overall shape, and is designed for overall fitness levels. Mommy and Me Classes
This class is designed for mothers who have young children and find it difficult to find time to exercise. These classes will give you the opportunity to get in a good workout while your children are being entertained as well. The workouts will include light weights, steps, band and full body motions. Do not waste anymore time sitting at home wishing there was somewhere you could go with your young child to exercise, let off some steam and feel better about yourself. Fitness and Nutrition Seminar
This seminar will break down fitness and exercise in a manner that is easy for you to understand. You will learn the correct way to exercise and stay healthy. Nutrition will also be a topic of discussion because 70% of health is nutrition. Learn what is healthy and how to control portion size. It's time to change your lifestyle and live a healthy life. NH Powerhouse Fitness Health Camp
This camp is focused on teaching the youth of NH about fitness and healthy eating habits. It is a 1 week day camp that will be held throughout the summer. Camps will include a variety of fun activities that will help the children get a better understanding of why health and fitness is important. Nutrition will also be a topic of discussion. Being out of shape or over weight as a child is a difficult thing to deal with, so we are focused on giving them an opportunity to have a fun week, full of exciting activities that will lead them to have a fun and healthy rest of the summer.
